"Legend
of Witchtrot Road" is
the third book of the spirit guide series, and it’s the best. If
you haven’t read anything from E.J. STEVENS yet, start with "She smells the dead"
I
like her writing because she keeps
you haunted in every line of her novels.
In
“Legent of witchtrot road” the heroine (Yuki) seems more mature
and stronger. She knows what she wants and her moto is “think
before you act”.
She
knows her powers, or even better she is conversant in
several of her powers.
I
would like to read some more about Emma and Simon but I’m sure E.J.
will give them their chance in
her next book. The ending was totally unexpected but in a good way. I
really liked it. That’s why i like E.J's writing. She’s not
predictable and this is her big advantage. You’ll never find
useless dialogs in this book or in any of her books just to fill more
pages. She’s always focusing on the plot and that’s the secret of
a good and interesting book.
Begin
your journey into the magic world of Yuki and her friends and you
won’t regret it.
The history of gothic poetry in 616 pages. A collection of known and lesser-known authors.
My favorite poems from the book (until now.I haven't read the whole book yet. 616 pages!!!!!!!!) are: The Bride of Corinth, The Cruel Sister, The World of Dream, and A Witch’s Chan.
E.J. Stevens is the writer and author of two dark poetry books 'From the Shadows" and "Shadows of Myth and Legend", and the young adult paranormal Spirit Guide Series that includes three books untill now. Her writing is fresh, simple and catchy.
